The Jersey Goldsmiths guarantee runs for a full year after your purchase, if your jewellery develops any defects, either of the workmanship or of the material, we will replace or repair it free of charge. And, if we no longer have that piece in stock, you can exchange it for something similar. You'll have 14 days once you've received your jewellery to ensure you’re delighted.

Nature has bestowed us with the miracle of beautiful gemstones, especially diamonds. The Kimberley Process Certification Scheme was adopted to ensure diamonds do not fund conflict. The World Diamond Council has created a System of Warranties for diamonds that has been endorsed by all KPCS participants. All buyers and sellers of both rough and polished diamonds must make the following affirmative statement on all invoices: “The diamonds herein invoiced have been purchased from legitimate sources not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with United Nations resolutions. The seller hereby guarantees that these diamonds are conflict free, based on personal knowledge and/or written guarantees provided by the supplier of these diamonds.” All our diamonds used in our Jersey Goldsmiths Collections conform to this statement.
